What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership is encouraging and offers positive feedback when performance is above expectations. When I have been told about experience with challenging conversations, I have been told they are done professionally and objectively, as a positive training opportunity.

#1 - Consistent communication with the recruiter. #2 - Open and honest objective discussions regarding role, competencies, objectives and how my experience, skillsets and competencies matched up against the needs of the role.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team leader and my team members, followed closely by the atmosphere and tools we are provided to do our jobs.
