  • Level 1 recipes are all about simplicity and familiarity. They involve little multi-tasking and may require only 1-2 pots and pans.

    Example: Honey-and-Ginger-Glazed Chicken with Snap Peas and Jasmine Rice

    Level 2 recipes involve a bit more multi-tasking and concentration. They encourage you to experiment with different ingredients and cooking techniques.

  • You can easily switch the number of meals received per week, and the serving sizes in 2 different ways :

    A One-off Switch

    Log in to your account.

    Go to 'My Menu' for the week you want to switch the plan.

    Click on 'Select Meals'.

    On top of the page, You will see a little arrow (under 'Select meals')

    You can now select the 'Plan Type', 'Number of People' and the 'Number of Meals'

    Select your Meals and Extras.

    Click 'Save'.

    Switch for All Future Deliveries

    Log in to your account.

    Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and head to your Account Settings.

    Select'Plan Settings'.

    Select ‘Manage’ on the plan you would like to update

    Select your box type in the 'Menu Type' drop down menu.

    Select your serving size in the 'Number of people' drop down menu.

    Click 'Save'.

  • Customers have the option to customize their plan meal settings via the following protein-specific preferences: beef-free, pork-free, seafood-free, and Veggie. They also have the option to select the Calorie Smart, Quick, Variety, or Family-Friendly preference. Meal preferences do not change the weekly menu, but ensure that you automatically receive the meals that fall under that preference for the given menu week.

    Our 'Calorie SmartPreference'features the three most wholesome, nutritionally dense, and balanced meals on the menu each week.

    They are around 650 calories per serving, although if a meal falls higher on the calorie spectrum due to the inclusion of healthy fats (i.e. salmon and avocado) or whole grains (i.e. farro, brown rice, and quinoa), it’ll also be considered “Calorie Smart”.

    Our 'Quick Preference'features the quickest and easiest recipes on the menu for those looking to whip up deliciously simple meals in 30 minutes or less.

    Our 'Variety Preference' features recipes that showcase new ingredients and techniques for those craving something different (but still quick and totally doable).

    Our ‘Family Friendly Preference’ features recipes that we think the little ones may enjoy.

    To update your meal preferences:

    Log in to your account.

    Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and head to your Account Settings.

    Select'Plan Settings'.

    Select ‘Manage’ on the plan you would like to update

    Select your desired preference under 'Meal preferences'.

  • Four veggie recipes are offered in our Classic Plan each week.

    These meals contain fresh fruits, vegetables, hearty grains and/or meatless proteins. Veggie recipes may possibly be able to be made vegan by opting to leave out certain ingredients (like cheese or yogurt).

    We leave it to our customers to determine the appropriate actions that best meet their dietary needs.

    If you have a multi-week discount or credit on your account, don't worry! the discount will still stay intact and only apply to the weeks that you order, until expired.

  • Did you know you can also skip a delivery week? Here’s how:

    Log in to your account.

    Click on My ' Menu '.

    Select the delivery day of the week you’d like to skip, then click 'Skip Week'.

    But if you’d prefer to cancel...

    Log in to your account.

    Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, then click ' Account Settings '.

    Scroll down on the Plan settings page and click 'Cancel Plan'(under Status section).

    Follow the prompt(s) for your cancellation. You will be prompted with a message confirming that your account has been cancelled.

    Just be sure to pause/cancel by 11:59 pm PST 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery so we can alert our suppliers.

    Please note that we unfortunately cannot process cancellations requested after the cut-off date. You will be responsible for all charges incurred for already processed orders.

    Click 'Continue'.

    Select any extras you would like to add, if any.

    Click ‘Save’. You will now see a small green rectangle with the word'Selected'in the lower left-hand corner of the recipe.

    However, the change(s) will be taken into account for any future deliveries provided you made the change(s) at least 5 days prior to your following delivery.
