I really do enjoy socializing with my team. Most of them are very friendly and fun to be around.

I really do feel like I can talk to my managers openly and honestly about anything. It's really refreshing to feel this seen and safe at work.

I really do like the company of most of my co-workers. There are a few who make things difficult and uncomfortable, but not in an intolerable way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the direct impact we as recipe developers have on the company, I think our salaries should be a bit higher. I also think that with higher salaries comes the high caliber of chef this work requires.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Considering the direct impact on the whole company that the recipe developers and culinary team as a whole have, I believe these positions should have a higher salary range. This would result in hiring experienced chefs with a broader background in techniques and cuisines.
