What does the leadership team need to get better at?
being more clear why these huge changes are happening checking in on how the changes, RTO, etc has impacted the culture and morale the pressure of poor performance is clearly getting to people and everyone is drowning.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is competitive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits, including Cigna, are worse than previous employers. At a previous employer that offered the same Cigna HSA, they also offered people-based incentives to receive funds from the company (i.e. $100 from company if you got annual physical). HelloFresh elected not to offer this option

If I was not paid $25k less than people at the same level as me who have less experience than I do. I would feel more valued if my SLT or manager ever asked about career aspirations, did any sort of development or at the very least took my recommendations and went with them.

Everyone genuinely cares about each other. They're a friendly group.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people drive the company culture. The ERGs are the best example of this.

we're not driven hard or expectations aren't too high or there isn't a feeling of micromanagement. It's good to know that hard work is appreciated, and positive reinforcement is something I like to have. Just to give extra motivation.

In my 14 years of working, I have never felt as disempowered by my VP and as unsupported by HR as I do at HelloFresh. It feels like there is no outlet to express your true feelings or concerns, and it is better not to share your opinions or recommendations
