Their ability to stay ahead of the curve and recognizing what needs to change in our strategies. They/we redirect our ship every few years due to the change in the tide.
The leadership at local levels try their best to under Stand all the crazy moves from the higher-ups.

Listening to the team and not just words
Instead of attending meetings about more things we need to do they need to trust that we are doing what we say and look at what we have done. Never enough.
Treating people right! Not exploiting them
They need to include more low level employees in decision making, i.e. the one who are affected by the choices they make
I think the over all pay is ok, not great and the benefits are quite good. The 401K contribution is very good as well as vacation allowances.
The best part of my compensation package is the pay.
Vacation days are calculated as sick and personal.

Pay and vacation time. I get 6 weeks now after 10 years.
Henry Schein does not pay well at all unless you come into a higher position. Yearly raise is 2 %

Worked super hard as an extern, my team leaders took my work for granted and never appreciated my efforts. Worked four months for free and expected to get a paid internship for summer. But received an offer to continue the unpaid externship!! A billion dollar company cannot pay min wage to intern
Need to build more competitive increases into the yearly reviews. Some individuals have been here for 10 years almost and are barley breaking $50k...what a joke. They lose great talent over this.

There was too much politics. I as an extern just wanted to get some experience, learn, and grow. Coworkers feared my ability to replace them. Nonetheless I had no such intentions, I was just trying to impress them with my work
I believe its the way the company treats people like people, no matter what your role is. Every function is important to keep the Schein engine moving.
I work from home with no distractions. Safe environment. My health issues are protected. I have learned more and excelled in my knowledge of my job more this last year and half than I did in my first 8 years in the office

Interviewing with 10 middle to executive managers in one day. It gave me a sense that hiring the right individual is important to the company.
