Listening to the team and not just words
Instead of attending meetings about more things we need to do they need to trust that we are doing what we say and look at what we have done. Never enough.
Treating people right! Not exploiting them
They need to include more low level employees in decision making, i.e. the one who are affected by the choices they make
Compensation. Rewarding employees for overworking themselves and taking on more work than they ‘should’.
