Laura Fulton — Chief Financial Officer of Hi-Crush GP LLC and Chief Accounting Officer of Hi-Crush GP LLC at Hi-Crush Partners LP

Ms. Laura C. Fulton has been the Chief Financial Officer of Hi-Crush GP LLC, a General Partner of Hi-Crush Partners LP since May 2012 and also serves as its Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Fulton has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hi-Crush Proppants LLC since April 2012. Ms. Fulton served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AEI Services, LLC (AEI). She served as an Executive Vice President of Accounting of AEI from March 2008 to October 2011. Ms. Fulton has experience as a financial executive in the energy industry. She has extensive financial, accounting and compliance process experience. Ms. Fulton served as Chief Accounting Officer of AEI. Ms. Fulton joined AEI in March 2008. Prior to AEI, she spent 12 years with Lyondell Chemical Company in various capacities, including as General Auditor responsible for Internal Audit and the Sarbanes-Oxley certification process and as the Assistant Controller. Prior to that, she spent 11 years with Deloitte & Touche in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance. She has been a Director of Targa Resources GP LLC at Targa Resources Partners LP since March 01, 2016. She has been an Independent Director of Targa Resources Corp. and TRI Resources Inc. since February 26, 2013. She serves as a Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Accounting Department Advisory Board at Texas A&M University. Ms. Fulton is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting.
