I got to meet the team I would be working with.

That I got to meet with everyone on the team I'd be joining.
I spoke to several people but not too many, and they were very open about the challenges facing their teams / the company and what needs to be improved.
Everyone was super nice and respectful and it was a very positive vibe with passionate people, who seemed to love their work. They were open about what they wanted and they listen to what I had to say.

So many meetings just to interview one candidate. Could be streamlined and consolidated for the sake of the candidate and interviewing teams.
