Upper levels of management really need to have sensitivity training. A corporate manager displayed very ableist behavior. Very disappointed with the leadership and performance displayed by district and corporate management. I will not be continuing my employment at this company.

There is a good level of diversity in my current store
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The level of pay is not adequate enough to compensate for the poor treatment I have to endure in the workplace upon visits from higher management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Store manager is very cooperative and a positive leader. I have nothing positive to say about any upper level managers that I have met so far unfortunately.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Faster and more efficient handling of situations and errors. Easier communication with management. Better online service and customer service. Over all, needs more effort from what should be respectable leaders.
