I love my familys and watching them grow. In my private practice, I see families for such a short time, but with Cleo, I get to be around for all of their milestones and even new family members.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have a desire to promote within the company and use my skills and expertise to improve the experience of our members. However, there is no upward mobility for my organization, there is no step system in place, and an overall lack of investment in personal growth of their employees
