Looking at similar companies our benefits are not competitive. Ex: 3,000 Child Care Fund - Maven, 5,000 Professional, Development fund - TLN, 401 K match - multiple companies, Family Planning benefits - surrogacy and adoption not covered, Tech fund, etc.

Even though there is a need for more specialists sessions across all 3 products, only 2 of the products have made them available which has limited my availability to be compensated as a specialist in my field. Additionally, full time and senior guides are not offered paid holidays, only 2 floating.

I have a desire to promote within the company and use my skills and expertise to improve the experience of our members. However, there is no upward mobility for my organization, there is no step system in place, and an overall lack of investment in personal growth of their employees
