What do you like best about the leadership team?
Freedom to accomplish tasks set for within role.
They are open to learning how the people affect the business.
Leadership at the highest level seem to be united, at the individual business unit, that unity falls apart. Transparency and honesty at the business unit definitely needs more work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More support from the leader of the business unit. He has just assumed the position and as an internal promotion, he has gone from being honest to clearly not telling us the truth even on things not that important.
