Mr. John Fanelli, III, CPA, served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hill International, Inc. from September 6, 2006 to November 14, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President from August 11, 2016 to November 14, 2017. Mr. Fanelli served as the Senior Vice President of Hill International, Inc. since September 6, 2006 until to August 11, 2016. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing and finance, primarily for publicly-traded companies. Prior to Hill, he served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of CDI Corp., from 2003 to 2006. He also served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of CDI Corporation (a subsidiary of CDI Corp.) since October 2003. Before that, he worked for 18 years for Hunt Corporation, then a New York Stock Exchange-traded manufacturer and marketer of office products. He served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Hunt Corporation from 1995 to 2003 and as Director of Budgeting, Financial Analysis and Control from 1985 to 1995. Before that, Mr. Fanelli spent eight years in various accounting and auditing positions with Coopers & Lybrand. From February 2003 to October 2003, he served as a Financial Consultant of Berwind Corporation (a Philadelphia-based investment management company owning a diversified portfolio of manufacturing and service businesses and real estate). Mr. Fanelli holds B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
