Mr. Mohammed M. Al Rais has been the Regional President of Project Management Group for Middle East at Hill International, Inc. since January 28, 2015. Mr. Al Rais served as an Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Middle East Operations at Hill International, Inc. from April 15, 2010 to January 2015. He served as Senior Vice President Project Management Group of Hill International, Inc. from May 3, 2007 to April 15, 2010 and served as its Regional Manager for Abu Dhabi. Mr. Al Rais served as Vice President in charge of Hill's project management operations in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, United Arab Emirates of Hill International, Inc. from June 22, 2006 to May 3, 2007. Mr. Al Rais has nearly 35 years of experience in project management and development. Mr. Al Rais served as Director of Property Development of Dubai International Properties (now known as Sama Dubai). Before that, Mr. Al Rais served as Program Manager with the Dubai Department of Civil Aviation where he oversaw the $5 billion expansion of Dubai International Airport. He earned a B.Sc. in City and Regional Planning from the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore and an M. Sc. in Project Management from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
