During the interview process, I met with various departments as well as varying levels of tenure at HireClix and it gave me a very good overall sense of the culture and employment at HireClix.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's no communication on growth or next steps, theres never recognition for a job well done only critiques when you make a mistake. Compared to market data the compensation for my position is severely under-compensated.
