Morale is low - Many of the employee perks are not perks that many pf the employees can access.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get last minute requests without regard for working hours/ the cold tone from leadership like you've done something wrong while not taking the time to know your role. - If I was given feedback throughout the entire year on how to develop and grow in my role AND compensated adequately.
