What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting with different levels of experience among the company and across different departments. It gave me a real sense of the overall culture and made me realize how inclusive the company made everyone feel.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package at HireClix is one of the best I've seen including fully paid medical, dental, and vision, IRA match, and weekly lunches. The unlimited PTO, APE days (which are paid volunteer days), and the ability to bring your dog to work are truly the differentiators.
