Their thoughtfulness, encouragement and willingness to take the time to talk with anyone that needs help

We are communicative and always willing to jump in to help one another. I can be myself around them.

The coworkers and culture. I don't shutter when I think of going to work compared to other previous jobs.

Their willingness to listen to their employees and admit when mistakes have been made. They provide constructive criticism and do what they can to make work a good environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though there are others in my company who started several years after me who are making nearly the same amount of salary while doing much less work and have less responsibilities.

I feel as though I am paid below the industry average for my current role. I am at times working more than 40 hours per week in order to do everything I can for the client, but feel my compensation does not match my professional growth at times.
