They are too busy infighting with each other to effectively row the company boat in a coherent strategic direction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited PTO and Gym/Phone Stipend.

constructive differences of background, technical opinion and approaches help us find good team solutions to problems
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Goal alignment and empathy across teams. Product and engineering teams need to be more humble.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's a very much you either sink or swim environment and there isn't anyone there to help you float. Your success is up to you.
Leadership that doesn't stab their own reports in the back, and a Vision informed by a data-driven understanding of product market fit.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The take home assignment. Then I realized they will accept just about anyone to work there.
