I worked hard for four years and was moved up and worked even harder, hoping for a promotion. I was forced to go to part time instead. With no chance of advancement. I was treated with very little respect and regard for my well being.

Being reinstated to full time instead of part time so i can have my benefirs back.

The CEO and other executives and managers/directors need to learn to pay reliable employees a living wage and not think of them as just a number.
