Toxic management with terrible communication
There is little to no communication between departments and you are not provided with the tools to do your job well. I love what I do and they made it a miserable, impossible experience. Co-workers were wonderful and leadership is some of the worst I've experienced.
It's a very friendly environment.
Political power plays between management makes it difficult
Outstanding. HME is a privately held company so we can focus on doing the right thing for the future, not just the quarter.
