What do you like best about the leadership team?
Industry knowledge, fiscal focus and principled centered leadership style.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pretty much anything related to management. I scratch my head when I see people like this in management.
Communication, honesty and leadership. Basically anything that makes you a great leader.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Appropriately compensated per the industry
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was paid far less than male counterparts and below market value. We were offered FOUR sick days a year and weren't allowed to use PTO for sick time. Good luck with that.
Higher pay, raises that match living conditions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I worked with some smart and funny people
My team was creative, innovative and a joy to meet and work with. Leadership wouldn't listen to anything we had to say, even when we discovered a multi-million dollar problem that would have been easily solved by listening to us. Our voices were not valued.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers were smart and funny. They were innovative and had lots of amaz9ing ideas and solutions.
Everyone is welcoming and friendly
people focused culture that emphasizes corporate values.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The opportunity to meet a large number of peers
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I wouldn't make a candidate go through four interviews and then wait a month to offer them a job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Recovering from issues quickly and efficiently.
Successes. Making things better. Watching people succeed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some serious product issues that weren't caught in testing..... Because there was none! I don't see a successful future for HME.
