What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pretty much anything related to management. I scratch my head when I see people like this in management.
Communication, honesty and leadership. Basically anything that makes you a great leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was paid far less than male counterparts and below market value. We were offered FOUR sick days a year and weren't allowed to use PTO for sick time. Good luck with that.
Higher pay, raises that match living conditions.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I wouldn't make a candidate go through four interviews and then wait a month to offer them a job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some serious product issues that weren't caught in testing..... Because there was none! I don't see a successful future for HME.
