overall bad experience. it's unstructured, not what was promised in the job description, lots of negativity. boring work and too many over hours that are completely unpaid
The company is very chaotic. Bad practices are just put off saying "we're a startup" while the company is actually no longer in that startup phase. They missed the point when they would have needed structure and employees with knowledge and this is ruining the underlying good mission now.
