My direct team is a result of luck and of willingness to help, as screening is minimal and nepotism is high. This dynamic does not extend to all work teams. High turnover has led to a dangerous lack of experience.
We as a team understand that it takes input from everyone and communication is critical to have good results, too bad our manager doesn't.
