Pinching frontline workers despite performance and margins. Operating a rapidly expanded company like its still a small business, hope they can shift their priorities to avoid continued turnover and potential for incidents resulting from lack of experience and job dissatisfaction in the field.

I have enjoyed my work here

Poor management that verbally explodes and behavior indicates that they do not value knowledge and contributions.

Every place has it's issues and people that control things but this is still the Best position I have ever had for what i do and how much I am compensated.

Most leadership seem to care, but dont necessarily seem qualified or adequately trained at a personnel level

They leave me alone for the most part as they truthfully have no idea what it takes to do what i do and aren't really interested in finding out.

Recognizing contributions and not berate employees.

They provide a 10% bonus

Not having to work 60+ hours a week every week to earn it.

My direct team is a result of luck and of willingness to help, as screening is minimal and nepotism is high. This dynamic does not extend to all work teams. High turnover has led to a dangerous lack of experience.

We as a team understand that it takes input from everyone and communication is critical to have good results, too bad our manager doesn't.

People are friendly and there are a few of us that want to work together as it is much easier on all if we do.

There is a disconnect between managment and their workforce. Middle management is largely dismissive. The frontline culture is a direct measure of how successfully a company is being operated, and there is a decreasing level of job satisfaction and morale in the field. Please listen to your workers.

Value employee and safety over production and shareholders

Maintenance manager has a vision which is very similar to mine.

I don't have to live here like my former place of employment. Most people here have no clue what I do or how i do it.
