Health care, vacation, and working from home
We have really affordable benefits that have great coverage. I am even able to get high quality pet insurance and their 401K matching is very generous!

Although there are many things wrong at Homeadvisor, many of the employees are struggling together and we understand each other. Built some good support groups with people who work here and those that left.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Uncapped commission, great coworkers, free food

Most positive is dealing with decent people around me. Not much of a culture. Environment isn't great.
Our monthly / quarterly / yearly events! You're able to connect with people outside your usual wheel house and have fun with everyone (that includes entry level to higher ups!)
The people, Moral, and the casual environment. We work hard and play hard

I liked that I met with multiple people in the team after speaking to my potential supervisor. I also think the assignment they had me complete before my final interview was helpful to visualize what the job entailed.
