They are truly some of the most talented people I have ever had the pleasure working with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work matters but the individual matters more. If you have something personal come up that takes priority. Unfortunately this outlook is extremely rare in my field.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the open dialogue they have. It's honest and no one takes things personally. It's about one team and working together to reach our goals. I believe this because the executive team practices this
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity. In my profession as a whole it is very rare to get offered equity in a company you work so hard to improve. The fact we have equity and options at all is amazing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was very extensive and I had at least six interview. I think this is a great process because it truly vets the employee and helps the employee think if they want to work this hard in an interview to pursue the job
