The CEO! She's an world-class communicator and thought leader. She sets an amazing tone as a working momma to 3 young kiddos.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The executive team decided to give everyone a Cost of Living raise last year + additional performance-related comp, which sent a wonderful message of "WE VALUE YOU."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Homebound is humble, kind, and crazy smart. When you have intelligent, savvy, experienced professional to look up to, and aspire to be (including lots of women!!!), that is incredibly motivating.
