Transparency, vulnerability, hard work, and deep deep care about employees. They do the right thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know its fair, there's lots of transparency in how its created, and i appreciate that its re-evaluated regularly. Equity is an important part of my package as well. But i also appreciate Summer Fridays and flexibility.
