What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Daily interactions with any employee is always positive and I think we all have the intention of making our colleagues day better through positive interactions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are down to earth and very open about expectations. There are frequent career trajectory conversations and I feel comfortable with bringing up anything to the leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a cohesive group who likes to work hard and have fun at the same time. Healthy competition is a great thing when balanced correctly, and I believe my team has that balance.
