What did you like most about the interview process?
I got the opportunity to meet with the CEO in person during my interview process to determine which team would be the best fit for me
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team communicates frequently and in a transparent manner. As a team we know what our core initiatives are and regularly meet to problem solve, report out and future plan.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is made up of folks with a diverse set of background experiences so we've got multiple lens' on problem solving from a traditional homebuilding background, consulting, and data driven approach.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team recently hosted a company-wide offsite which was a first time occurence and a great opportunity to meet everyone. We have weekly All Hands that facilitate a great mix of business updates and personalized highlights for team members across the country with values spotlight as an example.
