What are some of the best things about your team?

We never wasted time in huge meeting, it was all about getting stuff done. We had the right to just go stuff and deliver, no need for layers of approvals. Communication over slack was fast and we didn't have wait for answers for very long.

Only have critical meetings with minimal routine check-ins. Everyone is given the freedom to do what they need to do.

Good people to be working with.

Open and trusting working relationship. I trust my Honey co-workers.

They just need to treat me a like a human and not a vegan.
