What's going wrong and how can it be improved?What isn’t going wrong? There is not process. The policies contradict the direction given by the people who wrote and are expected to enforce the policy. They pick and choose what rules apply to who. They are vindictive and retaliator
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication. Uniformity. Collaboration. Unified fronts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The compensation woukd be fair if the workday was not 16+ hours long.
