PTO/ health benefits/ retirement all amazing
Pay is good, just have to deal with a bi-polar owner

Considerate project managers that are infomatove and patient

Ownership, owner is arrogant and rude. Expect to be belittled and harassed. He has money to buy himself out of all situations
