- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Iv been here for 8 years my yearly evaluation i meet all areas expectations. And been only getting . 20 cents a year. Not even covering the cost of living. And my insurance goes up every year too. And some of the maintenance here do nothing more than janitor work and make more money.
