Hot Topic Internship Program

During our 10 week program, the Interns will go through what we like to call The Journey. Not to brag, but it’s pretty cool! Here are just a few things we offer:

- Side by side training with your team to learn the ins and outs of your role

- Lunch with our CEO Steve Vranes

- Volunteer with one of our local organizations that we partner with

- Attend networking, presentation skills, and resume building workshops

- Sit in with our Customer Service Team at our onsite call center

- Visit our local stores & Distribution Center

- Meet & greet with department executives to understand all aspects of the biz

- Work collaboratively with fellow interns to build and present a business proposal to our executive team

- We take our interns seriously - no coffee runs here. You are fully immersed in the business while being provided training and development opportunities that you'll need to be successful in your first professional role.

Oh yeah, did we mention it’s paid?
