I don't dislike anyone- everyone is interesting and fun and kind and willing to help with anything they can!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do a great job but can be somewhat out of touch with what is happening "on the ground" at times
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do feel as though I am spread a bit too thin and could be more effective/efficient if my work was a bit more focused
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Love that our benefits extend beyond typical "benefits"- the office exchange, yummy lunches, fully stocked kitchen, and fun things all help to account for slightly lower than market base salary
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so willing to help and support each other! People love collaborating and no one is cutthroat. I value all of my coworkers as colleagues and as humans! And am always interested in what they have to say and trust they look out for me.
