Because I am a contingent worker and HP won't convert me to permanent employee, due to a hiring freeze policy. i would feel better to have a permanent contract and be on the same level on compensation with my colleagues

I know for a fact that some of my colleagues get paid more than me for doing the same job I do because they are favored by my team lead.

i know for a fact that i put best effort and get good performance rating from manager but at the end the specialized roles are not getting paid competitive market pay and the benefits are terrible. they don't even give discount on their merchandise. Doesnt care about employee career and personal dev

The team quota thing was ridiculous. Compensation and quotas are not looked at in a total sense when items are not shipping which takes away bonus comp and affects peoples family and lives.
