HRSoft, in many senses, reinvigorated my passion for my position. I feel supported and motivated by executive stakeholders at HRSoft, and I believe in our collective mission. Most importantly, I believe HRSoft has made the right investments in the product and personnel to meet our goals.

My team adopts HRSoft's core values and puts them into action with our customers, prospective customers, partners, and most importantly, with each other internally.
What makes you most happy at work?
Witnessing continuous growth and success across the company. Nothing is more motivating than seeing the positive impact our solution(s) have on new and existing customers and seeing team members rewarded for their hard work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their openness to gather intel from employees about what is going well and what improvements can be made at a leadership and organizational level. And to this point, I have witnessed leadership receive this intel and put it into action.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The top-down transparency. I feel that KPIs and OKRs are continuously communicated and resources are offered to ensure all feel comfortable with individual, team, and organizational goals. Another positive is HRSoft's commitment and follow-through to growing its people from a human lens.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility to pick and choose a unique compensation package that's tailored to my current and future needs and goals. I've been in a position where this wasn't an option for me in previous roles, and in reflecting on that experience, I greatly appreciate HRSoft's compensation package.
