What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are motivating, transparent, kind, and approachable. They mean business but their hearts are truly dedicated to our company and you can feel it in your interactions with them. Best leadership team I've ever worked for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The cross functional collaboration. There are a lot of moving pieces with SaaS products and HRSoft does a really great job of bringing upgrades or roadmap items to life. The activities that we do as a company in person are also super fun.
