Reasonable people. They understand the reality of Sales, and are able to support through the process when asked.

Like-minded sales people. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. When you ask for assistance, team members will drop what they are doing to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making an enterprise sale and seeing my commission cheque next month. Spending time at the office and outside of the office with my wonderful co-workers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improved sales for the team. It makes the entire organization better off. I truly believe the fact that our company still carries the "HRSoft" name is a deterrence for the basic web shopper looking for a comp solution. It's confusing and likely has sent inexperienced people elsewhere.
