I think HUB as a whole is probably a good company. I can't be sure because the HUB region I work in is not a great company to work for. They underpay and won't hire additional staff to make up for all the team members who keep quitting.

We work together, help, and support each other in all aspects of our job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. Our culture is toxic and leadership is too far gone to recognize it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Zero recognition from upper management for the struggles my department has faced the past 2 years because they refused to pay the average pay of other professionals in this field in my city. At this point nothing they do would make up for how I was treated.
