Leadership doesnt care about employees at all. You're just a warm body
End the corporate games and focus on your employees as they will take care of your clients.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Zero recognition from upper management for the struggles my department has faced the past 2 years because they refused to pay the average pay of other professionals in this field in my city. At this point nothing they do would make up for how I was treated.
You were expected to break your back and just be grateful for a job. Only executives and managers get treated well.

They have people quit and dont replace them or even tell.you they quit. They save the money on this salaries and ask those left to do even more work. They just increase the pay of executives

HUB is interested in being involved in our communities.
The local office is great with great coworkers.
Acceptance of everyone but you also feel like it is a culture where you are rewarded based on merit rather than merely DEI numbers.

The only solution would be a complete restructure of leadership, but that is unlikely to happen.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a relaxed atmosphere
How comfortable I felt with individuals that directly controlled my eligibility for employment
Pretty laid back and casual. We try to really understand someone.
Talked to several senior people in the company, Interviews were not scripted, fairly informal and interesting.
It was an ongoing interview process over time with various levels of management. It was a deep dive, not just a shallow interview.

They should be honest about the negative culture
It was done virtual and think it would be nice to have met in person
The process is cumbersome and slow with long spans of time with no communication to candidates.

Management and service to customes
Executives have no care about those below them. We are way underpaid while being asked to do more and more. there is no relationship with management and everyone is quitting.
