What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Productivity, availability and treating employees with respect
Leadership doesnt care about employees at all. You're just a warm body
End the corporate games and focus on your employees as they will take care of your clients.
No communication or knowledge among management team
Not being horrible to everyone
They are out of touch with the majority of employees. Also, a large M&A culture with very little attention paid to culture and melding new firms into the fold. Process improvement would help the bottom line. Most changes appear to help EBITDA (read c-suite compensation) versus employee happiness.
