It was an ongoing interview process over time with various levels of management. It was a deep dive, not just a shallow interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People in our office are positive, friendly and really care about our clients. That is a real difference from where I came from previous in which that employer cared more about bonuses than clients.
