Andy Wattula — Senior Vice President of Pacific Northwest at Hudson Pacific Properties

Mr. Andy Wattula has been Senior Vice President of Pacific Northwest of Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since October 25, 2017. Mr. Wattula served as Senior Vice President of Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since October 19, 2017. Mr. Wattula leads the Hudson Pacific 's operations in the Pacific Northwest. He oversees the Hudson Pacific's growing presence in the Pacific Northwest which has seven properties totaling more than 1.5 million square feet of Class A office space in Seattle and the surrounding area. He worked for Beacon Capital Partners in Seattle and was responsible for asset management and development. At Beacon Capital Partners, he ran its asset management and operations in the Pacific Northwest, as well as acquisitions and development in the region. Prior to Beacon Capital Partners, he served as a Director with Seattle-based Hines, where he focused on acquisitions, development and leasing of projects in the area. Before Hines, he served for seven years as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and MBA from Harvard Business School.
