Drew B. Gordon — Senior Vice President of Northern California at Hudson Pacific Properties

Mr. Drew B. Gordon has been Senior Vice President of Northern California at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since November 21, 2014. Mr. Gordon served as the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of Venture Development Corporation. Mr. Gordon was responsible for the origination of Venture Corporation's new real estate investment and asset management services. He served as Senior Vice President of Northern California & Pacific Northwest at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. He serves as Director of Acquisitions of ATC Partners, LLC. He oversaw Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc.'s operations in Northern California Mr. Gordon served as Regional Vice President of Northern California at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since February 28, 2011. Prior to joining Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc., He served for one year as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for Venture Corporation, where he focused on acquiring distressed commercial loans and properties. In 2009, he formed Gordon Realty Investments, a San Francisco based real estate advisory firm. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Gordon was Partner and Director of Acquisitions at ATC Partners, where he focused on acquisitions and repositions of West Coast office properties and oversaw the acquisition of more than $110 million of office investments in the San Francisco Bay Area and other major West Coast cities. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Gordon served as Senior Vice President and Development Manager for SKS Investments in San Francisco, an investor, advisor and developer of commercial real estate properties in the Western U.S. While in this role, Mr. Gordon directed and executed the planning, entitlement, design and construction of nearly 1 million square feet of class-A office and residential base building redevelopment and ground-up development. He served as Project Manager/Construction Manager for Hines Investments in San Francisco where he managed and directed over 2.4 million square feet of tenant improvement projects and was involved in nearly $1 billion of base building development projects. He serves on the Board of Directors of both the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of NAIOP and San Francisco BOMA PAC. He graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada, with a Bachelor of Social Science degree in the Urban Development Program.
