Gary Hansel — Senior Vice President of Southern California at Hudson Pacific Properties

Mr. Gary Hansel serves as Senior Vice President of Southern California at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since January 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Regional Operations for Southern California since March 2014. Mr. Hansel spent 16 years at Arden Realty, served as the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations, providing leadership to various key departments and coordinating with regional operations teams to develop and maintain building operating standards. Since joining Arden in 1998, he has contributed his expertise in a wide range of positions, including Vice President of Operations of Los Angeles, Senior Portfolio Manager for the Howard Hughes Center and Assistant Controller, where he oversaw the CAM and Lease Administration Department. He has spent 27 years in the Real Estate business, including his work at Cushman & Wakefield as a Portfolio Manager, where he managed the Bank of America and GTE/Verizon corporate real estate accounts. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from National University.
