Kay LEE Tidwell — Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Hudson Pacific Properties

Mrs. Kay L. Tidwell has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since November 2010. Mrs. Tidwell served as an Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since October 18, 2010. She has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and foreign securities transactions. She was an attorney with the global law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP, where she began her legal career in 2002 and where she advised on a wide variety of corporate and securities matters, including its initial public offering. From 2006 to 2008, Ms. Tidwell served as the US associate in the German offices of Latham & Watkins. She also has counseled clients on important SEC compliance and corporate governance matters and was a member of the legal team that advised HPP on its successful initial public offering in June 2010. In 2004, she was awarded the Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship, through which she worked in Germany in the legal department of Deutsche Bank and served as a US legal advisor to the German Federal Ministry of Justice. She is graduated magna cum laude from Yale College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and holds a J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 2002.
